Current Openings Include:

Food Service Technician:  If you enjoy food preparation, this might be the perfect fit for you.  Shifts involve working days and early evenings as well as every other weekend, for a total of 40 hours a week.

R.N.:  This position consists of working 32-40 hours a week, and involves a combination of days and evenings, including a weekend rotation. 

One-to-One Trainer:  We are looking for someone to work one-to-one with an individual 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday), 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday), and five hours on Saturdays and Sundays.  This position could be filled by one person or split by two or more people.

Life Skills Associate Instructor:  Have you always had the desire to be a teacher?  How about spending your day in the classroom setting instructing individuals in academics, work preparedness, and social skills?  We are looking for someone to work 28 hours a week.

Residential Skills Trainer I (days/evenings):  We are looking for someone to work
8, 16, 24, or 40 hours a week.  This position involves a combination of days and evenings and responsibilities include assisting individuals who have disabilities become as independent as possible. 

Residential Skills Trainer I (overnights): Staff working this shift spend the night preparing the house for the next day.  They set the mood for the day as each person awakes and are a valued part of the Village family.  We are looking for someone to work 8, 16, or 24 hours a week.

Community Skills Trainer I:  We are looking for someone to work 20 or 24 hours a week in one of our waiver homes.  Sleep time is allowed for part of the time during the night.

TRUCK DRIVERS
Standard Ready Mix Concrete Company has opened a new plant in Sheldon, IA and is looking for experienced truck drivers.
A preferred candidate will:

  • Have a valid Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement or a permit
  • Be able to pass the DOT pre-employment physical and drug screen
