Sheldon Industrial Park
The 70 acre Industrial Park is located in the southwest corner of Sheldon. Rosenboom Machine & Tool-260 employees, and Siouxland Ophthalmic Labs-18 employees occupy approximately 25 acres of the indrustrial park. Midwest EnRG Flakes, LLC began construction in August, 2002. Production of dairy feed supplement is expected to being in the spring of 2003. A 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility is available for lease. Residential Sites: East Ridge Addition & Limoges Addition Both subdivisions were built in cooperation with the City of Sheldon. Currently 10 building lots remain in these two neighborhoods. All street improvements and utilities are in place. No special assessments exist. The Limoges Addition offers three year property tax abatement.
